Billing questions

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your booking page opens in any browser on a phone or computer. Customers don't need an account either — just their name and phone number.
Can customers book in Bangla?
Yes. Every booking page has an English / বাংলা switch, and you choose which language it opens in. Reminders and messages can be written in either language.
How do reminders work?
Slotwise sends an SMS and/or email before each appointment — for example a day before and two hours before. You choose the timing and the wording. Email reminders are included on paid plans; SMS use credits.
Can I take deposits?
Yes. Set a fixed deposit or a percentage on any service. Customers pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket (you verify the transaction ID) or online through SSLCommerz.
What if I have several team members or branches?
Each team member gets their own hours, services and calendar lane, and optionally their own login. Branches are added as locations with their own address and map link.
Can I move from paper or another app?
Yes — import your customer list from a CSV/Excel file in a couple of minutes. We're also happy to help you set up for free; just message us.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for one person with up to 50 bookings a month. When you sign up you also get a 14-day trial of Growth with every feature.
How do I pay for a plan?
Go to Plan & billing, choose a plan, send the amount by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and submit the transaction ID. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is verified — usually within an hour.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted — upgrade any time to switch the paid features back on.
How much do SMS cost?
Paid plans include free SMS every month. Extra credits come in packs from about ৳0.32 per SMS, and they never expire.
