Plans and billing
Compare plans, pay by bKash, Nagad or bank, and keep an eye on your usage and invoices.
The four plans
Slotwise offers four plans: Free, Starter, Growth and Business. Each plan has its own limits on team members, locations, services, bookings per month and logins, and its own set of features, which can include reminders, SMS, online payments, coupons, classes, waitlist, booking questions, reports, website widget, calendar sync, webhooks and removing Slotwise branding.
Higher plans unlock more of both — higher limits and more features. If a feature or menu item isn't included in your current plan, it shows a padlock in the sidebar until you upgrade.
Tip If you spot a padlock next to something you need, check Settings → Plan & billing to see which plan includes it before assuming it isn't available at all.
Free trial
When you sign up, you get a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan, so you can try its full set of features before committing. Once the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically and stays there until you choose and pay for a paid plan. See "Set up your business in 10 minutes" for the full sign-up walkthrough.
Tip Note your trial end date as soon as you sign up. Moving to Free mid-way through busy weeks can catch you off guard if a feature you rely on isn't included.
Paying for a plan
- Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Choose to pay monthly or yearly.
- Send the payment by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, using the details shown.
- Submit the transaction ID from your payment.
- Wait for verification — this usually happens within an hour. Your plan activates automatically once it's verified.
Tip Double-check the transaction ID before submitting it. A mistyped ID is the most common reason verification takes longer than expected.
Invoices
Every payment produces an invoice, and all your invoices are listed in Settings → Plan & billing. Each one is printable, which is useful for your own records or for sharing with an accountant.
Usage meters
Usage meters show how close your business is to your current plan's limits — team members, locations, services and bookings per month. Check them from time to time, especially if your business is growing or you run seasonal promotions that bring in a lot of bookings at once.
Tip Check your usage meters before you get close to a limit, not after. Upgrading ahead of time avoids any interruption to taking new bookings.
SMS credits
If your plan includes SMS reminders, you can also buy extra SMS packs from Settings → Plan & billing. See "SMS credits" for details on how packs work and how they're used.
