Reports

Track bookings, revenue, team performance, and customer trends from one reports page.

Choose a date range

Every report on this page reads from the same date range selector at the top. Pick a preset period or set a custom start and end date, and every chart and number below updates to match. This makes it easy to compare, for example, this month against last month, or check performance over a full quarter.

Bookings over time

A chart of how many appointments were booked in each period of your date range. Use it to see whether bookings are growing, holding steady, or dropping off, and to spot the effect of a promotion, a new service, or a seasonal slow-down.

Revenue collected

Total revenue collected through Payments in the selected period. This reflects money actually taken, not just appointments sitting on the calendar, so it's a more accurate read on cash flow than the bookings count alone.

Average booking value

Revenue collected divided by the number of bookings. Watch this figure after you add higher-priced services or add-ons, or after training your team to upsell — a rising average booking value means each appointment is worth more to your business, even if the number of bookings stays flat.

Top services

Your services ranked by number of bookings and by revenue. Use it to see what customers actually want, decide what to feature on your booking page, and spot services that might need a price change or a bit of marketing.

Team performance and utilisation

Bookings, revenue, and utilisation — how much of each person's available time is filled with appointments — broken down by team member. Use it to spot your busiest staff, balance bookings more evenly across the team, and decide when it's time to hire.

Booking sources

Shows how customers found their way to a booking: through your booking page link, a QR code, your website widget, or social media. See Add booking to your website for how the website widget works, and compare which source brings in the most bookings against where you're actually spending marketing effort.

Tip If one source brings in far more bookings than the others, put your energy — and your marketing budget — there first.

Cancellations and no-show rate

The share of bookings that were cancelled or marked as a no-show. A high no-show rate quietly costs you money in empty appointment slots, so it's worth checking regularly rather than only noticing it on a bad day.

Tip Watch this number closely for a few weeks after you turn on reminders or start asking for deposits through Payments — both usually bring the no-show rate down.

New vs returning customers

The split between customers booking with you for the first time and customers coming back. A healthy business needs both: new customers to grow, and returning customers to keep revenue steady. A falling share of returning customers is an early sign it might be time for a Reviews push or a Coupons offer to bring people back.

Busiest days and hours

A heatmap of bookings by day of the week and hour of the day, so you can see at a glance when you're busiest and when your calendar is quiet.

Tip Check this heatmap before changing your opening hours or your team's shifts. It shows you exactly when customers actually want to book, rather than when you assume they do.

Tip A consistently quiet block on the heatmap is a good time to schedule a Coupons promotion or team training, since you won't be turning away much business either way.
